3 Layers Today!
Brown Dress + White Shirt + Military Jacket/Dress
Its getting chilly here in Manhattan. I'm loving it, but have to say, my leg-baring days might be coming to an end. If it were any colder out I would've been too uncomfortable without tights.
I know I look a bit like I'm going into combat, but military jackets are still quite prevelant here...I must've seen about a dozen similar ones this weekend. My hubs kept calling me "Sergeant Weez" all day. (Yes, for some unknown reason, one of his many nicknames for me is Weesie-go ahead and make fun). I thought that adding the layer of white would keep the outfit from looking like a uniform, but with that nickname, I must've failed teribbly!!
You have all week to link up so, its your turn to show off your Layers!
Rules:
1.Must Grab My Button...Copy the text in the box above and add the html code to your sidebar entries who do not do this will be deleted.
2.Submit your photo by by clicking "click here to enter" at the bottom of this post.
3. Entries must include at least 2 layers, and in the caption field, make sure to enter your layers...example, a cardigan over a tank...
4. Be sure to enter the URL to the specific post (not your entire blog) in the link it to field.
Love this! Those boots are so fabulous and that military shirt is great. I linked up yesterday's outfit. Your button is on my sidebar and I didn't put the right info in the caption. I'll read the directions a little better next time.:)
ReplyDeleteLayers on top are okay, but I'm still in favor of baring legs - mornings and nights are tricky with the cold, but high 60s in the sun are still feeling pretty warm.
ReplyDeleteAnd I doubt the military trend will ever die.
