Today, a typical hot summer day, I was walking my dog and saw a girl wearing a cute strapless dress with a sheer, lightweight cardigan layered over it.
Being that I love to layer, even in the summer, you'd think I'd have a couple of these sheer cardi's to add some personality and change up my sundresses without adding extra body heat.
But no, someone else beat me to it, and I'm totally gonna have to copy her idea. Now I've got to buy one or two of these to add to my layering options!!
