Below is my handywork that I did a while back.
The only problem is that it doesnt hold nearly enough of my collection. I have a jewelry drawer as well but its not nearly as cute as the one with the bowls from marthastewart.com
I loved doing this project because it was cheap and easy. I picked out the paper at a card store and got an inexpensive bulletin board. I am planning on keeping it, because its nice and I also use it to pin things like cards and reminders, but I have to get something else as well!
I'm thinking of ordering the one from etsy and putting it above my own creation... It's really cute and goes with the brocade scrolls on my green paper. Decisions, Decisions!!!
This is soo pretty! Such a simple idea but beautiful! The greens and golds go really well together.
ReplyDeleteWe are also loving the picture of the jewellery displayed in teacups. It all looks so chic!

i love cheap and easy projects and those look great!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your version- definitely going to try doing that! And I'm definitely feeling the one from etsy too. I don't know if I have that much jewelry to fill it up though. Guess that jsut means I'll have to get more :)

This is cute! I've always meant to do something nice like this, and I even have the "ingredients," but I never get around to actually making it. Right now, all my jewelry is on a tree/shoved in a tiny jewelry box. It would bring a tear to your eye!
ReplyDeleteJust this weekend I received (bought it on Amazon) a 3 tier store display for bracelets, I am trying to organize my jewelry so I can get the most wear out of it.... A girls gotta try !
